Payoneer has partnered with GCash to enable freelancers, online sellers and digital entrepreneurs to access global clients and be paid in foreign currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and more. By signing up and linking a Payoneer account via GCash, users can now receive foreign currency overseas onto Payoneer, and withdraw the funds locally in PHP instantly via the GCash app.
Through the GCash App, fully-verified GCash users can directly withdraw their Payoneer balances to GCash.

• User receives payment onto his/her Payoneer account in USD (sample currency) from marketplaces or clients overseas
• User initiates “Cash-In” via the GCash app, and withdraws from the USD balance
• User will be able to see the received amount in PHP prior to completing the transaction
• GCash debits the user’s Payoneer USD balance, and credits the amount in PHP to the user’s wallet balance
• User receives the notification along with the cash-in amount to his/her GCash wallet balance

1. Log in to your GCash app
2. Go to the Menu and Select “My Linked Accounts”
3. Choose Payoneer
4. On the Pop Up, click “Register With GCash”
5. Fill in the required details on the registration form.
   Validate the pre-filled information based on your GCash details
6. You may link your Payoneer account to GCash upon receiving an email confirmation from Payoneer on the successful application

Signing up for a Payoneer or GCash account is free. You can link your Payoneer account to cash-in to GCash for real-time, low-cost withdrawals.

Once you have submitted your Payoneer application, you can view your account status at any time by logging in to your Payoneer Account – My Account

New applications are usually reviewed immediately. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation with further details. In some situations, you may be asked to provide extra details such as a copy of your ID, Certificate of Incorporation, bank statement or other documents.

Once you register, Payoneer will be your default method of payment going forward.

Once you have submitted your Payoneer application, you can view your account status at any time by logging in to your Payoneer account

New applications can take several business days to be reviewed. Once reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation with further details.

Please be sure to check the spam, trash, and other folders of the email address associated with your account for any updates regarding your application.

1. Log in to your GCash app
2. Go to the Menu and Select “My Linked Accounts”
3. Choose Payoneer
4. On the Display Page, click “Link Account”
5. Enter Payoneer Login Credentials
6. Input the One-Time-Pin sent to your registered mobile number with Payoneer. Select ‘Verify’
7. Select “Agree” to allow GCash to link your Payoneer account
8. You will receive an SMS indicating your Payoneer and GCash accounts have been linked

After you’ve linked your Payoneer account to your GCash account, you can now transfer your Payoneer funds to GCash via Cash In.

Before you can Cash In via Payoneer:

• Your GCash account must be successfully linked to Payoneer.
• Your Payoneer account must be verified. .
  1. Log in to the GCash app. Select ‘Cash In’ on the dashboard. Then, select ‘Payoneer’.
  2. Enter the amount you wish to add to your wallet. When you tap “Next”, the currency conversion will appear and confirm the amount for cash-in
  3. Key in the 6-digit certification code which will be sent via SMS to your GCash registered mobile number
  4. Your cash-in should be loaded in GCash instantly. You will receive an SMS to confirm the status of your transaction. A screen will be prompted to notify that the transaction is in progress and will be received within the next 24 hours.

Your cash-in should be loaded in GCash instantly. An SMS will be sent to confirm the status of your transaction. However, take note that some transactions may take up to 1 – 2 business days to be fully processed. You will receive an SMS to notify you on the delay.

You may double check your Transaction History whether or not you have passed your GCash monthly transaction limit.

You can download the Transfer Confirmation statement from your online account. Please log in to your Payoneer account Once you have logged in, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Transactions” tab in your account
2. Locate the withdrawal which is late in the list of transactions
3. Click the paper icon to the right of the withdrawal details
4. In the Transaction Details which open, choose “Get Confirmation”

This confirmation could help your bank investigate the status of this withdrawal. In addition, on the transfer confirmation, you can see the GCash account details we have on file.

If the GCash account details are incorrect, the transfer will be rejected by GCash, and you will see the credit in your account when it is returned. This process may take up to 14 business days.

If the GCash details on the statement are correct, please contact Payoneer and we will investigate the matter for you.

To reach GCash, please visit the GCash Help Center to submit a ticket containing:

1. Your GCash mobile number
2. Date and time of transaction
3. Payoneer transaction ID (can be found in Payoneer email confirmation)
4. Payoneer account holder ID
5. Screenshot of SMS received from GCash
6. Screenshot of email received from Payoneer

The user needs to log-in to his/her Payoneer account via web / Payoneer mobile app. It is located in the top left corner right under the user’s name

The Payoneer Customer ID is the identification number for the user’s account in our system. If they need to contact us, providing his/her Customer ID will help us locate account quickly and provide him/her with faster service!

The user can also find his/her Customer ID in the confirmation email he/she received when he signed up for a Payoneer account.

To update your personal details, please reach out to the customer care team. They will ask you to provide them with a government issued photo ID for the proof of change, along with a reason for the change (typo in the name, change of name, change of relationship status, etc.)

Payoneer allows withdrawals of up to P100,000 every 30 days. At the same time, GCash wallet limits for Cash In apply as well. Please see GCash’s Wallet & Transaction Limits for more information.
