How do local receiving accounts work?

Payoneer provides you with the details of a receiving account in a specific currency.
You provide these details to the company or marketplace with which you work.
The company uses these details to send you a bank transfer.
You receive the payment to your Payoneer account.

Please note that while the Global Payment Service has some functions of banking, it is not a bank account. Companies can transfer payments using your receiving account details, but you cannot charge your receiving account. Any charge attempts will be declined.

What countries can I receive payments from and in which currencies?

Companies in the following countries can pay you in local currency to your local receiving account, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the Global Payment Service:

Where can I view my receiving account details?

To view the details of your receiving accounts, please follow the steps:

Sign in to Payoneer.
Click on the Receive tab and select the Global Payment Service.
Select the relevant receiving account.

Are there any Payoneer fees associated with this service?

There is a 0-1%* fee for each payment received via local bank transfer in USD. Payments received in all other currencies are free of charge.

*Receiving payments via Global Payment Service in USD is free for customers from the following countries: Japan, India, South Korea, Thailand, UK, and USA.

For wire transfers in USD, there may be fees taken by intermediary banks that participate in sending funds from one bank to another. These are not within Payoneer’s control nor does Payoneer know in advance what those fees might be.
